Being who I am and who I represent I have gained the trust of may inmates across the Nation in truly exposing and fighting for the corruption that resides within. We cast off these atrocities by saying the inmate population deserves whatever brutality they receive becasue after all, we all ahve been victims of some type of crime and we reflect on that vs the actual human who is suffering these atrocities. Kind of like subliminaly making someone else pay for thte hurt another has caused us. So we forget about these people until they show back up in our community needing help after enduring what they have, and like any homeless person or an addict we shun them and expect them to figure out something that they havent been able to do yet in their life.

2. How is one expected to rehabilitate in this type of environment?

So you went to trial and lost and now are now awaiting sentencing.

You know your going to prison, you just dont know for how long. Well thank God for social media because I can possibly give you some tips that can save your life and maybe even a limb or two.

Coming home after 10 years or more is rough by itself, adding a whole level of toughness called relationships can make our re-entry impossible Forgive me as this live started with no sound and I had to edit the first 5 minutes so the episode starts right off. I apologize for the delay in the upload, dealing with Hurricane Ian and the aftermath

Revisiting with Joseph Irizarry (A Bronx Tale) after his last ordeal with being on Parole for life. Being attacked at a traffic light Joseph had to defend himself. All that was going through his mind was that he was on lifetime parole and any incident would be seen as him being the aggressor which is exactly what happened here. After a year of being back in jail waiting to prove he was the victim, how does lifetime parole fix any issues within our community?

Continuing the conversation about what a system would look like with out the chains of cash bail. Several States have moved to implement this system as their jails and prisons are overcrowded and unmanagable, a change must occur. Bringing in Ms Dorothy, a mother out of Temple Texas whose son has been wrongfully accused of a simple robbery and who is being held on 100k bail.
